Connor Carway-Roe, Executive Chef and founder of Carway-Roe Events is proudly based in the heart of Norfolk, his work takes him across the UK and even internationally creating bespoke dining experiences for a range of clients including private events, weddings, celebrations and corporate events.
Having grown up in Norfolk surrounded by farmland, the coast and lots of fresh produce with people who truly care about what they raise and grow Connor found an early connection to food and place which shaped the way he cooked. After training as a chef and working in some of Norfolk’s and the UK’s most respected kitchens he developed a style that was led by the ingredients he used making sure that they remain seasonal.
Connor’s menus are crafted from not only classical training but also with the help of lots of travel, he was able to take inspiration from different flavours, techniques and cultures around the world. Every menu that Connor creates is unique and completely bespoke, designed around the client, setting and the time of year.
He is deeply passionate about provenance and long-standing relationships with exceptional suppliers
